Our medical facility operates under the supervision of a local physician. We adhere to the highest standards of practice as outlined by NIFLA and HIPPA laws.
Certified Client Advocates
All of our staff and Client Advocate volunteers have been certified through American Association of Christian Counselors. When you come to the PRC, one of our certified crisis pregnancy coaches will meet with you to help you make an informed decision about your pregnancy. Our Client Advocates receive on-going education, keeping them well informed about current issues and best practices.

The staff at the Pregnancy Resource Center of Carroll, Haralson and Heard is professionally trained and here to help you make decisions based on medically sound facts. We have helped over 26,000 many women, men and families in the West Georgia area keep themselves and their babies physically, emotionally and spiritually healthy. Our staff are welcoming and ready to share our knowledge with you!
Karmen began her journey at the Pregnancy Resource Center of Carroll, Haralson and Heard in 2005 when she accompanied a friend to the center. In 2013, she became a certified crisis pregnancy coach and volunteered as a Client Advocate. She joined the PRC staff in 2015 as Executive Assistant and became Executive Director in December 2016. Dr. Allison Key
Medical Director - Primary Care Physician
Dr. Key grew up in Bremen, Georgia, and is a believer in giving back to her community. She is first and foremost a lover of Jesus, and then a wife, mother, and physician. Her husband, David, is a civil engineer by trade and a cattle farmer by love. They are raising their two children, Ada Lynn and Luke, on their farm, and enjoy the quiet, rural lifestyle. Dr. Key attended the University of West Georgia (GO WOLVES!) for her undergraduate degree, followed by medical school at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Georgia. She is board certified in Family Medicine, and has sub-specialty training in aesthetic medicine. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages, from newborns to octogenarians and beyond. In her spare time, Dr. Key serves as the pianist and president of the ladies’ group at her church, Bethlehem United Methodist Church, and enjoys reading, water sports, and traveling.
Director of Development
Kellie began her journey at the PRC volunteering as a Client Advocate in November of 2015, and was hired on staff in January of 2017. With over 20 years of management experience, Kellie helps keep the Pregnancy Resource Center running smoothly. Kellie has enjoyed sharing her testimony of God intervening in her life when she has been at her lowest. Additionally, Kellie is a chaplain for the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team and is working to complete her training in Critical Incident Stress Management. Email Kellie at email@example.com
Client Services Director
Debbie started volunteering at the PRC in 2010 helping to co-facilitate the post abortion bible study. She came on staff in 2013 as Director of Client Services. Debbie is also volunteer coordinator and oversees our Emerge parenting program, leads post abortion study as needed and has just started a new program - Embrace Grace -a support group for single pregnant women. Community and Marketing Coordinator
Aisha is the Community and Marketing Coordinator at the PRC. She started off as a Client Advocate volunteer at the Pregnancy Resource Center in July of 2019 and became hired on as a Client Services Assistant in November 2019. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Aisha moved to the United States at the age of five years old. Before moving to Carrollton, she was studying at the Schwob School of Music for Violin Performance until leaving to pursue full time ministry in Carrollton, Georgia with Encounter Ministries. Aisha has a heart for the Pregnancy Resource Center and has a vision to plant a PRC down in her home country, Trinidad and Tobago. Email Aisha at email@example.com
Sandy initially joined PRC while looking for volunteer opportunities in her new home town. She started as a Client Advocate Volunteer in 2019. When the opportunity presented itself, she came on board as an staff RN where she could use her 33 years of experience from bedside nursing to leadership in the metro Atlanta area. Sandy loves the services that PRC provides to her new community and the part she plays in God’s plan for all (women and babies).
Tammy joined our PRC staff in August of 2018. Tammy has proudly served the Haralson and Carroll communities for 38 years as a nurse. However, the PRC has been her favorite place to serve the community. She enjoys educating women on their pregnancy options and prenatal teaching. Email Tammy at firstname.lastname@example.org
Roxanne joined the staff at the Pregnancy Resource Center in August of 2016 and became Nurse Manager in November of that year. She believes that God has called her to this ministry to give young women in crisis pregnancies the encouragement they need in order to bond with their unborn babies. Client Services Assistant
Kelly joined the PRC in July 2021. A native Floridian, She and her husband of 32 years, moved to Carrollton three years ago for an employment opportunity for him. Kelly is passionate about studying the Bible, serving the community and encouraging people to see themselves as deeply loved by the Lord . As a mother of a grown daughter, she has a heart for young women. She feels so excited to be of service at the PRC.
Parenting Plus Mentor
Sherrie is the newest member of our staff! She is passionate about Christ and desires to exemplify Him in every aspect of her life. She is a wife of an amazing husband, mother of two great kids, and grandma of two. She is an Army veteran, and retired from being an RN after 25 years. Her favorite things are her sweet golden doodle Gabby, her 11 goofy chickens, cooking, canning, and even roller coasters! She is so thankful for all God has provided, and for the opportunity to minister to new parents!
