"This client first came to us during the fall of 2021 with a Positive Pregnancy Test. She was horrified to be pregnant . She never saw herself having children because of abuse and trauma in her past. She was convinced she would not be a good mom. She felt defective.
I shared her options with her and she broke down when I described the abortion option. She stated that even though she knew it was wrong, she felt trapped. I asked her to slow down and not make this decision so quickly. She also started softening when she saw her baby on the ultrasound.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I saw her at the PRC because she was here with a friend. I went ahead and did a follow up with her in person and she was so excited to share her most recent ultrasound pictures with me. She was literally gushing over this beautiful ultrasound and baby! She was talking to the baby and touching her tummy. It was just such a metamorphosis from the woman I saw just a few months ago! She was in love with her baby and he wasn’t even here yet! So beautiful to see her joy!"

OUR DECISIONS MAKE A LIFELONG IMPACT ON OTHERS.
There are many women who come to PRC, like the client above, they enter the doors hopeless and uncertain about their pregnancy. They walk out hopeful, full of expectation and choosing life through the support and services we provide. That is why this year's theme being a River of Life, which is inspired by Ezekiel 47:9. The meaning behind being a River of Life is to be a conduit for Christ Jesus within our community.
At Pregnancy Resource Center the Lord has been gracious enough to bless us with a river of resources to assist families facing unplanned pregnancies. The goal is to be a conduit that freely flows to help those in need. It is with the fruit provided by individual donors, churches and businesses that PRC is able to minister the way God has called. Every donation, whether it be monetary or baby goods, that we receive from our donors goes directly back to the men, women and preborn children that we serve on a day to day basis - flowing out how a river should flow. God has been so gracious and merciful. We strive everyday at PRC to be a conduit for Christ Jesus to the clients.
With your support last year during our Dessert and Coffee Fundraiser, you were able to help achieve the goal of serving 1,040 women within Carroll, Haralson and Heard counties. Through your support, you were able to help save 270 babies and continue providing medical grade pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, parenting classes, and provide a post abortion healing study program. We were also able to open back up our satellite location in Tallapoosa and open a new location in Heard County. God's plan prevailed over our center and you were a part of making that possible. Sponsoring our event allows PRC to continue to minister and be a conduit to our community through our services.
Throughout this past year, we have seen an increase of women needing our services. We have been able to serve clients in our community through the faithfulness of our donors. For this year's event, our goal is to increase services to provide for the large number of clients we will serve due to the overturn of Roe vs. Wade. With your sponsorship, you can be a leader in our community by compassionately helping the lives of so many women, men and children. By expanding, this will allow us to have a stronger presence within our community and provide even more services and support to our clients. Will you join us in these efforts and be a conduit for Christ Jesus by supporting our center?
